What is the C*R*A*P approach to job search? It's what 99% of job seekers do to try and find employment. Spending all their time chasing posted jobs on company websites and Internet job boards, they:
Click on a job title,
Review the job description,
Apply because it's close to something they can do, and then,
Pray the phone will ring and they'll be invited in for an interview
And each time they hit the send button, they sit back and wonder why the phone's not ringing. Their resume may show that they're a perfect fit for the job but they don't ever get a response. No return emails, no phone calls, NOTHING. And they have no way of knowing if their application was even looked at!
